Wrong meal served and not willing to change it.

I ordered normal chicken folder through drive thru at McDonald's Rustenburg. Only to find that they gave me spicy one, and I am allergic to spicy food. I called them and explained to them, the guy on the phone said they closed, (it was around 7:30pm,) I can come tomorrow, when I told him that I won't be around tomorrow he said I should come fetch it, the he discovered that they had run out of something and then offered different meal, but unfortunately I didn't want it. When I said I would need my refund on the wrong meal, he then changed and said they closed again.
