Wrong mcdonald's order

I placed an order on Mr delivery from McDonald's Kuilsriver, firstly when I opened my order it was missing a burger as I ordered a two cheese burger meal and only received one cheese burger. Second the chips was ice cold and when I tried calling their number I get a sound that sounds like a fax tone then the call is dropped. This is not the first time I receive the wrong order and it is super frustrating as they then expect you to drive and get this corrected.
