Wrong food

<p>I drove to the Mcdonald's by Wilrogate (Wilropark) yesterday around 18h00. I placed an order for a few items. I went through the drive through. I checked the order once i recieved it to make sure that everything i ordered was in the bag (foldover meal, 2x double BBQ meals, Kiddys meal and a oreo mc flurry) everything was there as ordered.</p> <p> </p> <p>When i got home and dished out everyones food we noticed that the double BBQ burgers were single and did not have cheese on. I contacted the Mc donalds call centre immediatly and they got the brancht to contact me.</p> <p> </p> <p>I informed them that I do not live far from the Mc Donalds but decided to drive there as my children were very hungry. They advised that they would deliver the 2xc double BBQ burgers to my house. They advised that they are no longer making single BBQ burgers and advised they perhaps gave me single boerie burgers. They advsied that they would exchange the burgers.</p> <p> </p> <p>We waited for the delivery guy to come, but i had a home of hungry kids and decided to let the 2 kids share 1 of the "single boerie burgers" while we wait.</p> <p> </p> <p>When the delivery guy came i handed him the one burger where it was easy to see that i was a single burger with no cheese, I explained to him that the kids were hungry and i let them share the other burger. he then informed me that he received an insturction to only give me the burgers if i give him the ones i recieved. He then removed one burger from the packet and only gave me one.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is pathetic . Because of people's incompetence i was not given what i ordered! I decided to share one bruger between 2 children because they were hungry, but kept one as "proof" to show mc donalds. I paid for 2x double BBQ meals and i did not recieve that. But what upset me the most is that the one double BBQ burger was removed from the packet when i only had one burger to show this man.</p> <p>I am not happy about this and informed the driver that i know he is just following an instruction, but that i would most definatly complain about this.</p> <p> </p> <p>I explained that i specially drove to the Mc Donalds and did not call Mr Delivery because the kids were so hungry. This is pathetic and poor customer service. Did they go back and throw the other burger away? Surly it was not kept for another customer?So infact the double BBQ burger that i paid for was kept because i only kept one fo the single burgers as proof. Wow i was embarresed when the driver removed one of the burgers from the pack.</p> <p> </p> <p>I look forward to your feedback</p>
