WOWS OF McDonalds Tygervalley, Bellville continues

I have never been too impressed with the Tygervalley McDonalds - one of the oldest in the country of late. Now they have made sure i will never visit them again. Last Friday night at 11h30pm, we waited 25 min in the drive through for one cone and one hot chocolate. No staff in site (mainly sitting around a table chatting while 7, 8 or more cars were queuing. ) They were unfriendly too. Last night, around 9pm, we tried again - and guess what - no products available for a group of 6 of us. Rows of cars in a virtually non-moving row in the drive through, rows or people inside and the best yet, no ice cream at all, no milkshakes, nothing with milk or ice cream basically. Service is shocking at this branch!!! and this in a good neighborhood too. McDonalds, pls jack up your service, sort out your staff as they are pathetic and *********** otherwise you are going to loose more and more clients. Your staff has no pride and do not care at all about their jobs. You have already lost us.
