WOW, WHAT HAPPENED TO TREATING STAFF WITH DIGNITY?

WOW, if at all check your video footage in-store to see what I have to say below:<br> <br> I placed my order this morning by a very nervous cashier (10am), she actually looked like she was ready to throw in the towel...... after waiting for my order , I understand why and so did the other clients infront of me also, <br> <br> Dear Mrs Manager, <br> <br> You need to go back to where you came from and ask for a refund on any management courses you have ever attended, you clearly did not learn a thing in them, when your staff ask you something important as in for some change for her till, the most decent thing to do is to acknowlege her firstly and secondly not just give her a blank stare and carry on with what you are doing, the cashier( I'm sorry young lady I did not get your name, it was Ardent or something like that) was and is trying to do her job and she has NO support from you or your staff, she left her workstation to go and pack the food that should have been coming to the counter herself.<br> <br> Young lady you are definately in the wrong working environment, you are talented and customer service is your forte, don't let your brain-dead manager suck you into that ****py mindset she is in.
