Worst unorganized and time wasting experience ever

At McD 9:40 myself + Girl was 6th in line.Waited 45min for special to start.<br> got my voucher got to the till.<br> all burgers was premade so they can get this over and done with ASAP. I don't eat garnish.My Burger needs to be ordered for my requirements. Took me 10min to get someone to help me to get burger without garnish because I get told to stand aside the whole time.<br> got my burger, got told I can't pay with my card because McD does not have button on the system for the Bday special. Nowhere does it say on add or at Branch cash only. had to then leave and find ATM. I'm with FNB had to use saswitch ATM, cost me an extra R13.30 for drawing R50.Got back to pay for food my burger was given to someone else. I had to reorder my burger.That person probably did not know they were getting no garnish. All the drinks was warm with no ICE.I Was 6 in line.it took me 35min to get my burger.Got back to office.noticed my burger was dry because there was hardly sauce on burger.I have picture.Is this the service we get from McD on their BDay.Is this what I am paying for?<br> meal cost R33.25 for warm drink dry Burger and 35min of my time.<br> Once again you made my experience one I will never forget
