Worst staff and service

I went to the Mcd's inside eastrand mall and the service I received was horrible, it took them 45 minutes for me to get my dessert and when I complained the store manager said nothing but just gave me a look and placed his hands in his pocket then i requested for a refund. This happened on the 24th of November and I laid a compliant till today I never received feedback. I will never set foot in that store ever again, the manager had an attitude which I couldn't stomach, as for the staff members please take them back to customer service training. #blackfriday
