Worst Services at Sam Ntuli mall mcdonalds

Worst service by MacDonald Sam Ntuli Mall, came in made an order on self service terminal paid as well for a sit in, a friend of mine I was meeting was on lunch. 1:05 order was paid for 2 mcfeast burgers and orange juice to my surprise the order took longer, I waited 30 mins before I approached girl at the cashier about my order and I was told to sit and wait for it. Went back 5 mins later went back to check again only then was my order given attention and I was given stupid reason as to why it was late. There is no excuse for bad service and worst not caring why the people come through their doors to buy. I find this mcdonald not friendly and not customer oriented. I dont think I'll ever visit it.
