Worst service yet

McDonald’s Norkem Park is by far the wort service in the country I have lived down the road from this McDonald’s for 20 years and over the past two years there late night and early morning service has really degraded even on the usual day with the drive through they ask you to move your vehicle off of the sensor and take 10 to 15 minutes to bring your food to you. They don’t take orders in doors at 00:00 and refuse to help when you come inside. Often just after 2 am they tell all customers that there systems are off line. This specific McDonald’s needs new and well trained managers. They are rude and disrespectful. And I feel that there production and accommodation should be in full swing at month end. The drive through was so packed that cars where almost at the main entrance. I am disgusted with this service. As I am sure many more people in the surrounding area are just as disappointed with there service.
