Worst service turned better

Thankful to Elisa who came through for me after getting the worst service at Mc donald’s Wonderpark,ordered breakfast with Doughnuts on the side,only for the doughnuts to come looking dull ,cold and not fresh,the issue was escalated to the other manager by the name of Musa who basically told me there isnt anything they can help me with and they cant even refund me,but Elisa came after i told them they could keep the doughnuts and not refund me ,with kindness she gave me an explanation ,took time to understand my concerns and resolved the issue .Although my morning was ruined,she made me feel so better.Thankful ♥️🫂
