Worst service - no sauce!

Worst service ever. Caught us by billing us for extra sauce. We paid for it. On our way to Pretoria, we started to eat. No sauce to be found. Not the extra sauce and not even ketchup for the four meals AND EXTRAS. Tired of these big okes taking advantage of us, the paying customer.
