Worst Service I have ever received ever

<p> Ordered McD's on the App on Friday night at about half 6 and never got it . After spending like R75 on airtime calling them i was told there was a glitch and I can only be refunded on Monday (Today) so I just got off the line with them and am told i can only get my refund in 7 working days.</p> <p>I would not even been mad if someone had called me because I thought it strange that they were able to pick up my order at the call centre and yet no one could call to apologize or nothing .</p> <p>I feel so stupid because Im always telling people how "good" Mcdelivery is.</p> <p>So unless you prepared for drama or not getting your food rather walk into Mcdonalds as for me I have learned my lesson and will never use McDelivery ever again.</p>
