WORST SERVICE FROM MCDONALDS BELHAR

<p>Bought two meals in Saturday 29/10/2016 from Mcdz Belhar by the drive thru. Ordered a Big Mac med meal and a double quarter pounder meal and I upsized to the large meal. I get to work wanting to eat and to my surprise there was no large chips in the packet only the cooldrink was upsized. Why would i then pay so much extra only for a large cooldrink? On the reciept it states LARGE MEAL but it seems some staff cant read. After all that I still get the worst service from the customer careline where I called Monday 31/10/2016 and again called on the 01/11/2016 as no one got back to me and according to Nombulelo the call wasnt logged the first time i called. Today i called the customer careline spoke to Nombulelo again promised me a call back by 12h00 and still nothing. I am really now ****ed off at the poor service from this branch because they dont even answer the landline# ********** 342. The customer careline refuses to give the cell# for the store Manager. This is real bull**** service and you are taking my money and time for ****. I want this resolved today or I will take the matter further.
