Worst Service

Good day,

I just visited the McDonalds at Ghandi Square in Johannesburg CBD. I must say I was very appalled but the service. I ordered a Smarties McFlurry. First they told me it's not available, when it was clearly on the menu. Which was fine. However the service lady advised that she will make a plan & make it. So I didn't cancel my order. When it came out it definitely did not look like the advertised picture. There were no Smarties & it was all mixed up & looked like it was made hours before.

I requested that the order was not what or looked like what I ordered & the Service lady was rude & insisted that it was. She proceeded to say if I want the Smarties I must pay an extra R4 for them. Which I told I cannot, as I paid for what was advertised. Is this the level of service that McDonalds South Africa gives to customers? Must we be subjected to such bad & unacceptable service? I request that something be done about it & educate your employees on how to provide quality service to clients.

Am a very unhappy customer.
