Worst Service Experience Ever

am beyond appalled at the service offered by your employees. I had an important meeting that i needed to attend to via a laptop. I went to the kids section that have been confirmed that no kids allowed to play and they came and gave me a whole attitude. 3 full employees. all female were rude and chased me out.

I have no problem with them explaining that the room is off limits but the manner they used was beyond rude and unprofessional.

one customer probably doesn't make a diff but I'm never coming there again and will tell everyone who's willing to listen.

The worker - ****i, Inga, a short big lady that cleans the tables.

Approach is important. I was a paying customer. I really wouldn't have fought . I actually begged them and told them that there was noone i could ask upon my entrance in the room but please and they gave me attitude. I then packed and sat in the normal area.

Approach. Customer centricity. Respect goes along way. ****i even rolled her eye at me.
