worst service ever mcdonalds sunninghill

ordered food at mcdonalds sunninghill , first of all we got the wrong order, had to pay for things we didn't order and the delivery guy was so rude.

I had to pay for a meal which I didn't get. we called the delivery guy and I explained to him, while I was still explaining to him he hung up on me.

asked what his name was and he didn't want to respond so I took him a picture.

I am very furious and this incident made me lose respect for this franchise .
