Worst service ever! McDonald's Bloemfontein Restaurant #***

I wanted to rate zero stars, but I have to tick overwise it doesn't open the field to type my complaint. On 25/05/2018 at 18:51 I went to the drive thru at the above mentioned Mcdonalds. I ordered the following at the order station:

1 Happy meal (cheese burger with small coke) 2 Small Mc Junior meals 1 Mac Chicken burger with chips 6 piece chicken nugget.

On the screen I could see that the order was placed incorrectly and was busy talking to the order taker to tell her that the order is wrong. The next moment she rings it up and tells me to proceed to the next window. At the pay station I request to double check the order to make sure that the order is correct. I tell the gentleman that the order is incorrect, They have put on the order a cheeseburger in stead of the Mac chicken as originally ordered. He says it is fine. I pay and proceed to the collection window. The lady hands me the bag. Before I go I check and WOW guess what...the order is still incorrect...In stead of a Mac chicken burger, they have given me a SMALL cheese burger...that after I have said to 3 people that they have gotten the order incorrect. Further to this..I requested a small coke with the happy meal, but instead just get shoved a box of apple juice.

I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED SUCH PATHETIC SERVICE FROM A DRIVE THRU RESTAURANT IN MY LIFE! I would like to hear what the owner of this place has to say...I know margins is small, and you work on pushing volumes...and hey, if you do not want my money I will gladly spend it elsewhere with someone that at least listens to their customers...
