Worst Service Ever - Lambton

On the 3rd of June I placed an order with McDonalds Lambton at approximately 12h20. The app said my delivery should be round 12h45 which makes sense as they are not even 3km from my work. I had a friend visiting who had to leave at 13h30. I phoned numerous times and every time they said that it is out for delivery. It never arrived. At 15h00 they pitch up here with my order. More than 2 and a half hours later. I did not accept the delivery as my friend has already left and what must I do with the food. I requested a refund. I still have not heard anything about my refund after I send my bank statement etc.

I complained via Twitter also. They just ignore my complaints. And yes, they are ignoring it cause they are responding to all other tweets.

Absolutely disgusting service and treatment of your clients. A fresh reminder of why I drive past McDonalds to Burger King.
