Worst service ever from the 24hour” Mcdonalds in Klerksdorp!

Apparently 24h service, 00:15am on the 8/12/2019 and they are no longer taking orders because off shift changes... 5min later it was suddenly because the “seeestem is offline ser”, and it takes a hour to reset the system according to the manager on duty. Very rude staff and definitely the worst service I had from a McDonalds franchise in my life and I have been all around the world. This franchise lost around 6 to 8 orders in the time I was trying to figure out the mess with the staff. I feel sorry for the owner having to pay people when they obviously have no intention to take care of customers or even giving the slightest bit of effort to better whatever “situation” they were in. Probably just not wanting to work.
