Worst service ever

I am at Mc Donald's Welkom. I was in drive thru and queue was not moving and got inside the restaurant. It's even worse, no one is attending us. I called a lady to ask her what's going on and why no one is explaining anything to us. She gave me attitude telling me other people are not complaining and why am I not the one complaining and she left me just like that. The lady is not wearing name badge and doesn't care about customers.

I just asked a waiter the name of the lady. Thandi.
