WORST SERVICE EVER!

Today ordered a meal online using the MacD app. I then realised that I won't be able to collect due to other commitments that came up. I then called a friend to go and collect the meal since I won't make it. I provided them with the order number and the meal description. Upon her arrival she was told that they cannot hand over the meal as they want the person who ordered to come personally and collect. I then called and asked to speak to a manager to see if there's any way they can verify me since your app doesn't allow screenshots. I then spoke Portia Molekane "manager". The lady was so rude and very unprofessional. She said I either come and collect the order myself or cancel it the same way I ordered. I was of the impression that the apps are supposed to make life easier and not the other way around. As for Ms Molekane she really needs to work on her customer service skills as her attitude is apauling. I don't see myself eve setting foot in that place. See what your competitors are doing and learn a thing or two.
