worst service ever at McDonald's!!!

What a disgusting service we had at McDonald's SOUTH AFRICA RESTAURANT # ********** WETTON My husband and i experienced the worst service on Thursday the 10th January 2019 at the drive through, there was a connection issue where the drive through consultant could not hear us and we also could not hear her, eventually my husband asked if there was anybody there and what the problem was, she respond with attitude saying "lento kutheni" and my husband asked her to repeat what she said, she then said it again, "lento kutheni" with so much attitude. My husband then asked what her name was, she responded and gave her name as Yamkela. My husband said he was coming to the pay window and Yamkela said "come you will see me."We then requested someone else to assist, she the refused saying that was her till so she unfortunately she wont move. My husband then asked for her manager, she responded by saying "go to the next window you will get a manager." We got to the next window, Yamkela was there, my husband asked if she was the rude Yamkela we just spoke to, she responded with attitude confirming that indeed it was her. We requested a manager, Mpumi came saying she was the manager, we told her what happened, she asked Yamkela to apologize, she just stood there and folded her arms, letting her body language speak for her. This was the worst service ever experienced in my entire life.
