Worst service ever at East rand Mall

I had the worst service ever at McDonald’s in East Rand Mall this Saturday. I went to ERM this weekend, as my son wanted to get a new game. We decided to quickly pop round the food court to get some McDonald’s before heading home. With their COVID process, they have a table in front of the store where visitors sign in. So I join the queue. I front of me is 2 other people. I wait, joking with my son. The queue moves on and finally I am intro to. Just before the woman helping the people talks to me someone has a problem and she walks over to help them. So I wait patiently, still watching my son as he plays a game in my phone. As the woman finishes helping the people at the station, instead of heading to her table where I am standing, she walks over to someone else, and talks to them. Next thing I know, she pushes them in front of me and let’s them sign their register. What makes it worse is then she walks over to someone way on the other side, and let’s them sign the resister aswell. At this point I ask her .... “I have been standing here, when as you helping me ?.”. She looks at me and simply says “You didn’t sign the register, so I can’t help you. Sign the resister and I will help you”. Now I was raised to not go around signing everything. I don’t walk up to random places and just sign pieces of paper. I would have gladly signed the paper if I was told that I needed to sign the paper. But never did she speak to me... not once. The only time she spoke to me was to basically say I am not helping you. I call the manager and this one was the most clueless oke in the world. I explained the situation and he just stood their.... with a blank look on his face, never said a word. I finished my explanation, he still doesn’t say anything and just turns and walks away.

I turned at that point and left. I walked across the food hall, and spent my R1000 their to order food for my family. Last time I support that bunch of idiots
