Worst service ever and wrong order

Got the worst experience with drive thru I went to buy a large cuppachino and 2 choc chip ****ins instead I was assisted by the worst agent possible who asked me if I am ordering with points and I said yes only to get to the payment windows and told R118 asked if points were used and was told it's too late when I asked for refund was offered chilli cheese fries and when I left I noticed was charged for 2 coffee's instead of 1 large cuppachino this is the worst service ever and would love something to be done about this... Also wasted 20 minutes of my time negotiating with them and still I benefited nothing from it.
