WORST SERVICE EVER!!

Incident Date:18 August 2019 Time: 1 o'clock in the morning hours

McDonald's Summer set west branch is the worst I have ever experienced. Been in the cue for more than 15 min that i dont mind, however get to the front and i ask [Politely] i want two separate orders the consutlant [Crew ID 30 Siswana H] said abruptly that is not possible its Part of the procedure to only take one other per vehicle.

I am like ***! Does McDonald's really expect customers to go all the way back into the cue for another order???

The manager also has no manners just said to the consutlant just take both orders, no eye contact with the customer no apology no nothing!

I will NEVER recommend McDonald's, rather employ computer robots [Artificial intelligence] where we can deal with intellegence.
