WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!

I conclude that McDonald's is utterly useless. I placed an order online. It was confirmed, next thing when I go outside to wait for the order on the time given by the Mcdelivery website, nobody is there. I waited for 20 minutes so I decided to call their contact centre, the guy at the contact centre was very helpful, but he could not get a hold of McDonald's Edenvale. I had to call McDonald's edenvale 15x before someone answered the phone. When they answered they told me they cancelled my order after I waited for over an hour for the order. They did not even attempt to deliver the order, they cancelled because I did not answer the phone when the office was calling me. The guy on the phone was even rude telling me to "just place the order again". I am done with McDonald's.
