Worst Service Ever!

I took my kids for icecream because the school starts tomorrow. When we finished paying for the icecreams we waited long before getting our dipped icecreams, they asked me to move my car bur I said no, its just icecream and I asked them why it takes so long, so they told me that they are waiting for the icecream machine to start up, by then I am allready irritated. They took almost 10 minutes just to get dipped icecream ready for us and when we got it, there was almost no dip on the icecreams and the cone itself tasted old. I am not very impressed and my kids are very disappointed.
