worst service ever

bad customer service. i called the McDonald's in Polokwane CBD to have a meal delivered to me, i called at 12:15 the meal was to be delivered at 12:55 still no food 13:25 i called to find out where they are just to be told there are no drivers to deliver food. really, how does that work. i said this is bad service just to be told eish sorry man.
