Worst service ever

I laid a complaint about McDonald's mount edgecombe on the 25 March 2018. Up until now I had no feed back from the manager or head office. They basically made me pay for items which I did not get and just left it as that. Never ever will I go to McDonald's again. They are rogues took my money and didn't bother if i got my what I ordered .This is not over
