Worst service ever

McDonalds Ghandi Square is currently under renovations, I called the head office and ask them to deliver food for me and was told that is not possible i am out of range due to Ghandi being renovated, however when placing online orders they are delivered and since my password is blocked i decided to call them and informed them that they do deliver online from another store but they refuse to deliver for me telephonic-ally... i then asked to speak to Kwanda the team leader on duty because this was not my first time having a complaint with them delivering to Main street so he tells me that yes Ghandi is offline so i cannot place an order, only after i reminded him that i have called before and he made arragmenets for another store to deliver to me. i mean i am in Johannesburg theres plenty mcdonalds restaurants that have the delivery service.... So no, I wont order from Mcdonalds anymore i'll go for steers or Nandos where they have alternative delivering resturants
