Worst service ever

Last night we were at McDonald in Norkem park on the drivethrough. At first when we were placing our order, we thought there was something wrong with their speaker. As we were busy placing our order the person taking the order was busy talking to other people on the background and we had to repeat the samething four times. When we went to pay there was no one at the window. The lady was at the back chatting with her colleagues. We had to get out of the car and beg to be served before we got the service.

Normally McDonald gives the best service even on their busiest day but to get such a treatment when there were only 3 cars on the drive through, is despicable to say the least.
