Worst service EVER

Wednesday 25 October I took my son for his long awaited birthday lunch at the Goodwood branch. Firstly the cashier was running around doing nothing [looking clueless] while there were only 2 people in the q. I gave my order, which was pretty simple, ask to adjust the order by leaving the cold drink of the meal and replacing it with water. She said she could, but only still water available. I opted for this and she said a second later, no water available. She advised my other options [Milkshake or the Fizz drink]. My son asked for the Fizz drink and she proceeded. The order I gave was for a Big mac CHICKEN meal with Fizz drink, Large chips and a ****in. This came to R126.##. I asked her to repeat the order, she cleared fu#ked that up big time. She put through another order also wrong, the fourth order eventually was what we wanted [kinda]. I paid and tried to get the ****in next, that assistant was walking in and out the kitchen and looked at us and walked away again. Finally she came out, gave us the ****in and we left. On our way home, we started eating. As we got home my son opened his Burger and said he got a beef [should of been chicken] Big Mac. We turned around and went to the mcdonalds by Viking Way. I spoke to manager Vincent who told me to not Goodwood's problem his and that he would not help at all. Now, already ****ed off wasting time and petrol, we returned to Goodwood. I advised the assistant of the issue, she walked to the kitchen and said something in her language and the staff started laughing, F#ck knows why. The cashier helped replace the burger faster than expected. Now I asked for a manager, she was too busy trying to fix a cash point and tried to eventually listen to me and the person on the other side of the phone she was on. I told her what happened and she just said sorry. I asked what compensation I would get for her staff stuffing me around. She gave me a pack of hot chips, seriously? By this time I just wanted to get home. I am shocked to get this poor service from Mcdonalds constantly. Why I come back, only I would know.
