WORST SERVICE EVER!

Today I went to McDonalds on Francis Baard street Hatfield to buy food. I was in queue drive through at 10:10am with 2 cars in front of me. I got to the intercom at 10:20. When I stopped I could not get answer at the intercom for more than 3 minutes. With still no answer I continued around the corner to the window, where the previous car was still busy paying. I then drove out of the drive through to the front of the restaurant and walked in. At the front desk there was plenty customers standing around and only one person at one till. I eventually got helped at 10:25 but the lady was not helpful at all. I asked het why the service is so bad and she just stared at me. When I tried to pay with cash, they had no money in the till to give me change, which means that I had to wait for them to get me change. The manager came and did not even acknowledge me. At this stage there was a man standing next to me asking if anyone could please just finish his coffee order that was standing on the counter behind them for about 5 minutes already. Behind me was a man screaming because he has not been helped yet, seeing as I was STILL waiting for them to try and find change. I will never return!!!
