Worst service ever!

This is the 3rd instance where McDonald's Blue Downs has given me absolute worst experience. They gave me the wrong cooldrink and I requested it be changed. This took 30mins. The second instance we were in the drive thru, ordered four plain cones. How on earth can you let us wait 45mins for plain cones!? Absolutely ridiculous. Last night we ordered one Sundae and three plain cones and we waited for over 40mins. We weren't the only customers complaining about the long wait it's actually absurd. I will never go too this branch again, despite it being around the corner from where I reside. I'll drive to McDonald's Kuilsriver instead.
