Worst service ever

<p>My boyfriend and I had ordered McDonald's at 10:45am. After one an a half hours we called to query where our food was, they said the driver had came to deliver and no one was at home therefore he left without contacting my boyfriend or myself. (This is the sad service they provide) we called the store and After 30 minutes the food got delivered. He had brought one coke where as I paid for two. The driver said " he will fetch the other cold drink and bring it back to us". We got into the house to open the burger and the bread was wet and the burgers were cold. We had waited for over an hour for the second cold drink and the driver never came. We called the store and spoke to the "assisting manager" who stated the store manager was not in, after explaining the story to her she stated she will call us back. The time now is 1:30pm and we are still awaiting for someone to contact us. </p>
