Worst Service Ever

<p>I ordered McDonald's for Delivery via the Call Center which I was firstly informed cause I am a new Client I selected the wrong Option and need to redial the number and select Option 2. After I redialed it stated if you select the wrong option they will transfer you through to the correct one, which did not happen in this case. After I ordered my choice at 16:15 I was told that i will receive my order in half an Hour. An Hour went Pass which I decided to phone and find out about the Order. The Call Center advised my order was canceled. They than phoned to find out from the Branch why the order was canceled and they stated that it was not in their area, that is why they canceled it. Firstly that is not true as a lot of People at my Company order from McDonald's in Rose bank and they always deliver by us. Secondly I received no feedback that it was canceled and they did take down my number.</p> <p>The most pathetic experience ever from McDonald's. I will never order or go to them again.</p>
