worst service ever

<p>I ordered online on mcdonalds website, after a view minutes they called and said they only have bottel water and cant give us the cooldrink that we ordered with our meal, beacause their cooldrink machine is broken. and also told us we going to pay for the original amount of the cooldrink that we ordered. we said it is not our problem we want what we ordered. and they said it wil be delaide by 20min.</p> <p>we waited 2 hours and called them and they said it is already deliver, we said no we have not recieved any thing and they said oky the food is on its way but we going to pay for the cooldrink even though theyre not bringing it with the meal. we cancelled the order, the manager attitude is very bad and clearly dont give a **** like the rest of staff working at mcdonalds</p> <p> </p>
