Worst Service ever

Below is the email I wrote 3 weeks ago the their Head Office without any response till today.

I visited your Mokopane branch on 17.03.2023 and can say I am very disappointed about the service received .

I had an MTN voucher worth R150.00 that I needed to redeem to buy my kids Nazo meals and was informed that I could not use them as the store does not take vouchers except for the Mac D ones.

I requested them to provide me with the number to call HO and was told they don't know nor have it instore. (Strange considering that it is their HO)

I asked for the manager and was referred to Jappe (Store manager). We had a chat at which it still did not make sense to me because I had driven 21.9 km to come and redeem vouchers . The funny part is that he said to us the nearest to which I can redeem is PLK ... so my understanding was that after wasting petrol to come to town, I am again referred to PLK with some more petrol to redeem a R150.00 voucher.

I asked for the owners digits and called him he said they don't have a system that support external vouchers and the T& Cs covers him as he is a franchise.

1. Before I went into the store I waited for the sms that confirms if the store is compatible or not. MKP is compatible as its not listed 2. Mr Mpofu stop using the fact that you're a franchise for the wrong reasons, there are a lot like you who deliver service to the best of their abilities and knows how to handle such matters. 3. Between owner and manager none of them was interested to see the voucher so that they can query it with the Head office. 4. As a consumer how must I Know that you do not accept vouchers, is it in your nature to let customers waste money and time for such? 4. Please note that in the communication I have you are not listed as one of the incompitable stores.

Please assist as it seems like I am missing something and I am not happy with my time, petrol and airtime wasted for nothing. Kindly clarify as to why I should be punished for the store that was not listed.
