Worst service by Sibongile

I placed my order @ 18:32:22 of 4 ice creams. It was not busy, people came in and left me there as i was patiently waiting for the ice creams, I thot maybe there is system error and went to ask Sbongile who was giving people their orders, I asked the lady if everything is right because it has been too long since i have made the order, the lady started harrasing me, and shouting that i have to keep on checking the screen, there ice cream machine was not working. I told the lady that i was not told but Sibongile was too loud showing off, I had to take her a video so that she can stop harrasing and taking advantage of me. My order of a mere ice cream came out after 50minutes, I still have the video of Sbongile as she harrasing me
