Worst Service

Placed an order and requested delivery about 3 hours ago. When the food finally arrived I'm told I had to pay again for my food because McDonald's didn't process my order. I'm forever using the app for ordering but today I received the WORST SERVICE EVER, to top it up the delivery guy came here soaked in alcohol, rude as ever. Now my money is gone from my account and I STILL don't have food. Someone has to answer to this poor service, please refund me my money ASAP
