Worst service at Macdonald Krugersdorp

Hi my name is Mamello and I experienced the worst service at Macdonald Krugersdorp, 1st they took 20 mins to assist me at the till, 2nd they gave me my order and it was missing 1item I told them I am missing a foldover and the gentleman continued with other orders until his colleague assisted, 3rd they gave me a wrong foldover I ordered normal they gave me the spicy one, I have ulcers, the Macdonald is 10km away , so what must I do with this spicy foldover?
