Worst Service

I placed an order with Mcdonalds Rosebank through uber eats and the driver came with an incomplete order and I then sent him back. I waited for more than an hour and decided to call the store and spoke to the manager Sherly who could not even understand the instructction of nature of my complaint. I dont understand how you can even have a manager that takes more than an hour to find an order on the system and is not even able to handle costumer complaints. This is the worst service that I have ever received.
