Worst SERVICE

I always get the BEST SERVICE here but today i was served by Shushu V, she was so not bothered by how long i was there for, she went on and chatting with her colleagues, while waiting, she was making capp and i asked are u still going to prepare the meal and she said no I’m going to fetch it only, she goes in there and prepare the meal instead of "just collecting" while i was waiting 2 of her colleagues were just fooling around. It’s shocking how other ppl are not concerned about morning rush, we are going to work we do not have time to chill at McDonald’s in the morning. I was even late at work because of this poor service.
