WORST SERVICE

I spoke to a guy by the name of SIPHO from mcdonalds mayville who was very rude when i was tracking my order over the phone(As I normally would given the fact that ive received the worst kind of service from mcdonalds mayville on numerous occasions). Not only did he keep emphasizing the fact that they are short staffed, but he also kept asking what would happen if my order were to be late. He then said he wants to assist other customers as my order will be there as soon as they can get it delivered. What is the point of ordering in advance if they can never make it on time, or worse; not even pitch (happened on 14Feb)?

Mind you, I logged a complain and all I got was a 'sorry'.

mcdonald's mayville has the worst service its starting to disgust me!!
