Worst service :(

I went to McDonalds Ghandi Square in Johannesburg cbd this morning with my cousin to get breakfast. I ordered a short latte frappe with a cheeseburger and my cousin ordered a tall latte frappe with a regular foldover meal.

since the time we walked in the service was putrid the lady at the till was very rude chasing me away from the till without asking me why I'm standing there ( I wanted to pay for my order in cash ).

we waited on our order and by the time we received our food they never even started with our drinks. The lady who brought our food then told the lady who was on shift at the café that we already received our food and we're waiting for our Frappe's, the lady who was on shift (standing and talking/laughing with colleagues) said that she didn't want to make it . The lady who brought our food then started to make our drinks (I could see that she was really struggling with the blending machine and she didn't really know what she was doing) but big ups to her for trying, we go to this specific McDonalds almost every day and it was my first time seeing the lady who tried her best to assist. We waited forever.

Both the drinks were literally less than half and the rest of the cup was filled with crème the taste was terrible and it had whole ice blocks in it. My cousins fries were swimming in salt, basically nothing that we ordered was as satisfying as we know McDonalds to be.

it pains me to say that everything we ordered was the worst I've ever had from McDonalds.

I've never written bad reviews or complained about any business online before but this was unacceptable. The way they spoke to me and the way I received my meal was the pits. it was prepared and served as if it was a free meal.

I would've gone back to handle the matter in person but I was almost late for work because of the long wait and it is a bit far for us to turn back . I consumed time to write this review because I am literally upset.
