Worst service

<p>Good evening</p> <p>My name is Noxolo, my numbers are ********** 275, I placed an order for delivery at Macdonald Sunnyside, I got a call from a lady called thembisile she is a cashier who told me to wait outside my building as my driver was approaching my place, I did as ordered 10min passed with no delivery insight, I then called the store, the same lady answered and told me they don't have the numbers for the delivery guy, so they basically could help me</p> <p>The driver then called me and told me he couldn't find my place despite him claiming that he had gps, when I tried giving him directions he told he didn't know the area.</p> <p>I then called Macdonald Sunnyside AGAIN for the 10th time, and spoke to a guy called Ephraim(not sure) and he told me that he couldn't locate the driver, and wasn't picking up their calls(to my surprise they now had his numbers) I then cancelled my order because clearly it didn't seem like I was gonna get any service from them, I asked for the store manager's numbers who then called out of frustration but he said his network was bad and he will call me back, of which he didn't.</p> <p>I am highly irritated by this treatment, is this how you treat your customers macdonald?????</p>
