Worst Service

I have already been on their social media page, and I get a dumb automated, copy and paste reply that you guys will get back to me... The incident and post in question happened on the 8th of April! This is almost a week ago, and no one has the decency to follow up!!! Its unacceptable. You gys advertise McDelivery, but EVERY single time I phone in, there's a problem. I've been told you cant deliver because its raining, my order has been delivered incorrectly and with items missing. Someone was meant to get back to me, this never happened. Last week I phoned in, and they tell me that they cant deliver because the branch is closed for delivery, but I can come into the branch. If I wanted to do that I would, but I'd had intensive surgery, so I wasnt mobile at all! Please note, this call was made between 20h30 & 20h45 to be exact. Yesterday I tried to place an order, and the operator immediately told me, this could be done! I was absolutely furious, and asked for the Manager in Call Centre who was Kwanda. Kwanda assisted me, even though my order took 45 min. it came. He is the only person in your organisation who seems to care! Dont advertise a service that you cant fulfill!!!!!!
