worst service

on the 21 Feb I ordered 2 mcfeast delux medium meals. on a saturday evening there is only 2 tills open. half the staff is having a conversation with a sony rep and cant be bothered to serve. after 15 min i am still waiting for my food. the manager walks around as if nothing is wrong. i had to ask another lady to pack my order which took another 5 odd minutes. none of the staff where name tags. when the food eventually comes no 1 apologies. lenasia mcdonalds is the worst slow food take away. the staff she be re-trained.
