Worst McDonalds Walmer, Heugh Road, PE!!! PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I was at the Mc Donalds in Walmer PE about 40 minutes ago. This is the only Mc Donalds that has such pathetic customer service. This time I have everything on recording. A WHOLE 10 MINUTE RECORDING!

On your adverti*****t of 28 Days of Appiness there is an adverti*****t of buy ine get one free BigMacs on a Monday. I enquired about this and the lady assisting by drive thru was so rude and disgusting! She had a huge attitude and I asked to speak with a Manager which then told me that she is unable to give me the buy one get one free burgers as her system does not reflect this which is false advertising.

I was also told that they are not assisting with beef burgers anymore as they closed their grills 1 hr before closing time.

The service of this McDonalds is PATHETIC! ITS THE WORST EVER! NEVER HAVE I EVER EXPERIENCED SUCH RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!

YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELFS FOR PROVIDING YOUR CUSTOMERS WITH SUCH PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!
