Worst McDonalds in Western Cape

I live in Belhar about 4 minutes from this outlet. This is by far the worst McDonalds by far for service. I have to drive to N1 City or Plattekloof McDonalds for something to eat which is 20 minutes away from me. They almost 9 times out of 10 never have coffee or ice cream then the machine is broken or don't put egg on the breakfast bun. Tonight after a very long time my wife and i go to the drive through for 2 Mcflurries not surprised they don't have ice cream. The3 cherry on the cake there's no sign indicating no ice cream, so we had to stand in the line. Continually serving ambient coffee. ALL THIS AFTER SOMEBODY SENT ME A EMAIL TO SAY THEY GOING TO IMPROVE THEIR SERVICE. I now support Burger King all though a bit more expensive they have impeccable service and food is really great. They extremely consistent. Regards
